Request for Tax and Utility Information

Please use this form to request account balances for fees or fines (property taxes, saniation, false alarms, etc.), late fees, penalties and interest (as applicable) associated with the property listed below. Payment may also be required as a condition of establishing new service to the property. The pay-off amount is only valid through the end of the current month. The requesting party assumes all responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the property description provided to the City of Alpharetta.

Requests will be processed within 2 business days. Therefore, it is your responsibility to submit this request within a reasonable time in anticipation of the property closing. Requesters are encouraged to send requests in earlier in order to account for potential delays.
